The property was in need of major repairs as we had to remove rotten timbers.
Some but not all were replaced with new timbers.
Specification; After removal of rotten timbers and thorough preparation, wet rot treatment applied which helps stop the rot from spreading and stiffens the existing timbers.
1 coat of Benjamin Moore Fresh Start Primer/Undercoat.
2 pack fillers applied multiple times and machine sanded.
3 coats of Benjamin Moore ‘Super White’ Aura Exterior satin finish.
All paints are water borne.
